Pastor Marrisa Garner is the visionary founder of Making a Difference Apostolic Ministries (M.A.D.A.M.) Outreach, established in 2007. With a heart for serving her community, Pastor Garner dedicated herself to making a tangible impact in the lives of others.

Her passion for outreach grew during her career as a Community Coordinator, where she formed vital connections with programs across the inner city of Baton Rouge. Through this work, she encountered countless families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom faced challenges in communication and relationship-building.

Witnessing the struggles of mothers and daughters immersed in domestic violence in particular, Pastor Garner saw the need for a dedicated support system that could bridge these relational gaps. Some daughters lacked the presence of a mother, while others navigated fractured relationships filled with misunderstandings. Determined to provide a solution, M.A.D.A.M. Outreach was birthed - a faith-based organization focused on fostering healthy family dynamics.

A key component of M.A.D.A.M. Outreach involves facilitating mother-daughter workshops within schools, communities, and private homes. These workshops are carefully structured to equip mothers and daughters with the tools necessary for open communication, understanding, and conflict resolution.
